Expand Your Market with International Reptile Export Support

If you’ve ever had to turn away a potential buyer because they asked, “Do you export?”, you’re not alone. Many U.S. breeders limit themselves to domestic sales simply because international shipping is complicated. We’re here to change that.

Turn “Sorry, U.S. Only” Into a Global Opportunity

Worldwide Reptile Logistics can act as your export partner, helping you reach customers around the world. When an international buyer contacts you, have them reach out to us before they purchase so we can make sure it is legal and feasible to ship to their country. This step is important because we do not want anyone to purchase animals that cannot be exported.
Once we confirm that the shipment is possible, go ahead and make the sale! We will work directly with the international buyer to sort out the export details so you can stay focused on what you do best.

How It Works

• You sell the animals as usual. The international customer pays you for the animals and for the cost of shipping them to our local FedEx hub in California.
• We coordinate the shipment timeline. Once the export schedule is set, you simply ship the animals to us. From there, we take care of everything.
• We handle the export fees. The international customer pays us directly for all export-related costs.

What We Provide

We manage the entire legal export process, including:
• Air waybill preparation
• U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service inspection (USFWS) and eDec filing
• Health certificate and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) endorsement (if required)
• U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) report filing
• Preparation of any additional paperwork required for that specific country
We will ensure every shipment is compliant, safe, and fully legal, giving your international customers confidence and giving you peace of mind.

Simple, Safe, and Seller Friendly

Our goal is to make international sales easy for you. With Worldwide Reptile Logistics as your exporter, you can confidently say “Yes, we export” and open your business to a global customer base.

Breeders with Import/Export License and/or CITES Master File

Export Support Designed for Busy Reptile Breeders

The life of a reptile breeder is always busy: feeding, cleaning, pairing, hatching, sales, trade shows, and everything in between. As breeders ourselves, we understand how demanding your daily routine can be. Even though you have your own Import/Export License, the added time to work through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) declaration and inspections, health certificate and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) endorsement, booking airlines, and driving to the airport takes you away from what you love the most - breeding your reptiles!
We can help.

Let Us Handle the Entire Export Process

Worldwide Reptile Logistics provides a complete export solution so you don’t have to spend hours navigating paperwork, regulations, and airport procedures. Simply send your animals to us via FedEx, UPS, or Southwest Cargo, and we’ll take it from there.
We manage every step, including:
• Booking the airline freight
• Obtaining the health certificate and USDA endorsement
• Preparing USFWS eDec and coordinating inspections
• Filing U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) report
• Boxing animals in International Air Transport Association (IATA) compliant export containers
• Tendering the shipment to the airline
• Sending final export documents to your customer
Our goal is to make the process seamless so you can stay focused on your animals and your business.

Streamlined CITES Exports with Your Master File

If you maintain a CITES Master File, we can use your permits to export captive bred CITES listed species directly to your customers. In these cases, we ship under your Import/Export License and your Master File CITES permit.
All you need to do is send us:
• The animals
• The original Master File CITES permit
We handle the rest, including the health certificate, USDA endorsement, USFWS inspection, and all export procedures, ensuring your CITES shipments move legally and efficiently.
